Process: Through "stepwise cross-linking + hot-press setting" process, cross-linking gradient is controlled to avoid cracking problems of traditional cross-linked PTFE due to high brittleness.
Core: The gradient cross-linked structure endows the lining Sheet with both high corrosion resistance (surface resistant to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid) and high flexibility (elongation at break>=200%), solving the contradiction of traditional PTFE that "corrosion resistance leads to brittleness, flexibility leads to easy penetration".
